Cuesta College performing ‘pool ‘63’

Tickets are on sale now for the spring 2014 performances of the Cuesta College original play, pool ’63. Set in Birmingham, Alabama, the play focuses on the racial unrest of the civil rights movement that occurred in 1963. The play debuted on the Cuesta College Performing Arts Center’s Experimental Theater in December 2013 to sold-out performances. In February of 2014, the cast and crew will travel to Los Angeles to present a full production and participate in the prestigious 2014 Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.

The show will return to the CPAC Experimental Theater on the following dates:

  • Friday, Feb. 7 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Feb. 8 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, Feb. 9 at 2:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, Feb. 20 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, Feb. 23 at 2:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, Feb. 23 at 7:30 p.m.
