Cuesta College presenting plans for next 15 years of North County campus

Cuesta College Paso Robles

In September, Cuesta College hosted the North County Campus Facilities Needs Assessment Workshop. The purpose was to collect feedback, ideas and comments on program needs and the types of facilities necessary to support them. The North County Campus opened 15 years ago, and the institution is looking to update its existing plan for educational and facilities needs. Now, on Wednesday, November 13, the college and public will gather again; this time for the unveiling of the resulting draft report and plan.

“With the help of the public, we reviewed the existing educational and facilities plan and came up with ideas for the next 15 years,” said President Gil Stork. “Now we take the second step in this process and assess the drafted update to the plan.”

The workshop will take place from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the campus café (Bldg. N2002) on the North County Campus, located at 2800 Buena Vista Drive in Paso Robles. Members of the public are invited to attend and provide their feedback and comments. The workshop will be facilitated by PMSM Architects and broadcast live to the San Luis Obispo Campus in room 5401.

A final report is scheduled to be presented to Cuesta College’s Board of Trustees in December. For more information visit www.cuesta.edu.
