Refine Barre Studio was founded on a love for barre and the opportunity to share it within our community.
Refine Barre Studio specializes in a full body workout by combining ballet, Pilates and yoga moves. Our instructors are trained to provide a safe, fun and effective workout no matter your level of fitness, so no prior experience is necessary. By working multiple muscle groups simultaneously, and fusing body resistance training, isometric exercises and stretching, you will quickly see changes to your body and posture. With commitment and consistency you will achieve long, lean muscles and a toned physique.
Our classes and training have been certified by the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association.
