G.J. Gardner Homes moves office in Paso Robles 

Office will accommodate new projects in SLO County’s recovering construction industry

Gardner Homes, has announced that it has relocated its San Luis Obispo County franchise in Paso Robles. The franchise, which is owned and operated by Russell and Holly Goldman, offers residents of San Luis Obispo County an affordable, custom homebuilding experience. This year, G.J. Gardner Homes North America was named one of the top 200 franchises in the world by Franchise Business Review.

G.J. Gardner Homes opened its San Luis Obispo County franchise in June 2012 in downtown Paso Robles. The new office, located at 10th and Riverside Streets, features 800 square feet including the addition of a showroom. It is close to the new Highway 101 on-and-off ramp currently under construction on 17th and Riverside Streets. The new address is 935 Riverside Ave., Suite 7B, Paso Robles, CA 93446. The office was previously located at 1200 Vine Street.

The franchise is beginning several new custom homes this month in the gated communities of Heritage Ranch on Nacimiento Lake and Santa Ysabel Ranch in Templeton.
