Meet, greet and taste wines from small production, boutique winemakers, most of whom don’t have tasting rooms. Garagiste is the perfect venue to interact with the winemakers, while exploring the world of limited distribution, adventurous wines.
This year’s Southern Exposure features 41 winemakers, 17 from the Paso Robles/San Luis Obispo area, with 12 first time exhibitors. Many of these winemakers have production of only 50-400 cases a year, so don’t miss this opportunity to try these wines, many of whom only pour at the Garagiste!
Douglas Minnick, (co-founder of The Garagiste Festival, and pouring his own Garagiste brand, Hoi Polloi) is very enthusiastic about this year’s festival lineup, saying: “This will be our 22nd Garagiste Festival, and our 7th Southern Exposure.
