The Heritage Ranch Homeowners Association unexpectedly announced that its long-time general manager, Linda Richey, tendered her resignation to the association’s board of directors.

“The parties have acknowledged and agreed that the mutual agreement reached between the parties is not and shall not be construed in any way as an admission of wrong doing or liability by the other party,” according to a statement from the association. “Please understand neither Ms. Richey nor the board will answer further questions regarding Ms. Richey’s resignation and, as such, they respectfully request you refrain from making any inquiries on this issue,” it says.

“Ms. Richey has been an important asset to Heritage Ranch Owners Association over the past 11 years as she served as the association’s general manager,” the statement says. “While the board is sad to see Ms. Richey go, the Association wishes her well as she pursues her future endeavors.”

Heritage Ranch, located on the shores of Lake Nacimiento, encompasses approximately 9,150 total acres with 2,104 single-family residential lots presently developed and 5,100 acres of dedicated open space. Heritage Ranch is managed through the Heritage Ranch Owners’ Association which was incorporated in 1972.
