Highway 41 resurfacing underway

roadsCaltrans today began a resurfacing project on Highway 41 from east of Creston Eureka Road to west of Via Vista Way.

Motorists will encounter one-way reversing traffic control with a pilot car Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. and on Fridays from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. There will be occasional/intermittent overnight work weekdays from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. Motorists can expect a delay not to exceed 15 minutes.

The contractor for this $457,000 project is CalPortland Construction of Santa Maria, CA. This project is expected to be completed in mid October.

Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway construction zones.
