Letter to the editor: Thank you for roadside assistance

Letter to the editor

On September 22, 2013, while on our way back from a sister reunion trip. My sisters and I were in a car accident, on Hwy 46 near Jardine Rd, caused when a man driving a Nissan Maxima, made an illegal turn in front of us. All of us were injured.  My younger sister was critically injured.  I want so much to thank all of you who helped us on the highway that day. Your kindness and caring was overwhelming. You may be the reason that our sister lived.  To the man spoke to my husband and who held me so carefully so that my shattered ankle would not cause me any more pain then necessary, I thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty. You were a comfort to me though I was aware that you were not so comfortable in that position.  I am so thankful that God put you there in our path.  Be assured that whenever possible, in my life’s journey, I will pass on your caring and comfort to anyone else who may require it.

Sincerely,

Teri Betz, Helena, MT
