Local Pearl Harbor veterans sought

With the 75th Anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor fast approaching, Honor Flight Central Coast California is looking to identify and contact any veterans of that attack who live in San Luis Obispo County.

Anyone with information about Local Pearl Harbor veterans is asked to contact John Gajdos of Honor Flight at (805) 441-4384, or email him at Johngnmb@aol.com.

Honor Flight Central Coast California provides a regional hub that serves the veterans of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. Their inaugural, three day Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. took off from San Luis Obispo Regional Airport on May 13, 2014. Since then, the group has continued to raise funds and support for each new flight of veterans in the quest to make it possible for all WWII vets to visit their memorial in D.C.
