Mickey Mouse is missing, $2000 reward offered

–Ron Daniels of Daniels Wood Land is seeking public assistance to locate hand carved statues of Mickey Mouse, and possibly Jiminy Cricket, that were stolen from the Paso Robles  business in early June.

“At least eight statues of Mickey Mouse were taken,” said Daniels. “We didn’t have a formal count on the Jiminys when the Mickeys were stolen. It’s possible Jiminy carvings were stolen.” The statues are about eight inches tall and were hand carved by staff members of the business.

Daniels said there is a $2000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the thief and return of the statues. Anyone with information should contact Ron Daniels at (805) 239-2832.

Daniels Wood Land creates woodcarvings, whimsical tree houses that come with their own tree and themed and interactive themed shooting galleries and other environments, displays, and props for theme parks, fairgrounds, film and television studios and other kinds of businesses. Fraternal twins John Daniels and Ron Daniels, co-founded Daniels Wood Land in the 1990s. Since founding the company the brothers have successfully worked with some of the world’s biggest entertainment companies, including The Walt Disney Company, Merlin Entertainments, Universal, Sony Pictures, Fox Home Entertainment, Electronic Arts, New Line Cinema, Warner Home Video, and ABC.
