New city park restrooms grand opening June 18

Construction of a new accessible City Park restroom building is complete. The facility will be open to the public on Tuesday, June 18 at 6:30 p.m.

The exterior of the building was designed to complement existing architecture in the downtown core, including the City library and the original Carnegie Library building that is now home to the el Paso de Robles Historical Society.

The new $600,000 facility includes men’s and women’s individual toilet rooms, a family restroom, an open sink area and drinking fountains.

The restrooms were designed by architect Ravatt, Albrecht & Associates and built by contractor Spiess Construction Co., Inc.
