Nobelle Wines, a new winery in Paso Robles, has partnered with a downtown salon to offer wine tasting.

Nobelle Wines specializes in limited production of French varietals crafted in the style and spirit of a small Burgundy producer. Winemaker Sebastien Noel, a native of Burgundy, France, carries his family’s traditions into his winemaking techniques that are both unique and authentically French.

Nobelle currently has several wines on its tasting list including a 2012 Marsanne, 2012 Grenache Rose, 2013 Rose de Carmenere, 2012 Cuvee Noel, 2012 Cabernet Franc and 2012 Petite Sirah. The winery sources fruit from select vineyards within the Paso Robles and Monterey County.

Located in downtown Paso Robles at Twist Studiospa, 1421 Spring Street, Nobelle Wines has a spacious new tasting room attached to the spa, with parking and a separate entrance in the rear of the building.

“Twist offers their guests a luxurious setting – and we are very excited to share their beautiful downtown space with them,” says Noel. “Now, whether you’re enjoying a spa treatment or strolling downtown for wine tasting, we offer a unique and accessible destination for visitors and locals alike,” he says.

“Sebastien is a talented up-and-coming winemaker – I see this as a win-win relationship for us,” says salon owner Lorie Twisselman.

To taste Nobelle Wines, call for an appointment at (805) 540-1508 and visit the spa on Thursday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday from noon to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Look for the sign on Spring Street that reads, “Wine Tasting Today.”
