Note to readers: Apology for duplicate emails
Update 6 a.m., Dec. 11, 2013: This morning’s email was accidentally sent out twice. Our staff, the software developer, and another outside expert are working on it. We will not give up until the problem is solved.
Dear readers,
On behalf of the staff here at the Paso Robles Daily News and our parent company Access Publishing, I would like to apologize for the multiple duplicate email news updates you may have received. We experienced a glitch over the past week where duplicate subscription emails were sent out accidentally. We are working hard on getting it fixed. On Monday morning we ran a test that appeared to have solved the problem.
We are very proud to have grown our subscription base to over 500 in about a month. We appreciate your loyalty and welcome your feedback.
Sincerely,
Scott Brennan
CEO of Access Publishing
