Paso Robles Pickleball Club hosting dedication ceremony for new courts
New pickleball courts at Centennial Park.
The Paso Robles Pickleball Club has completed a major renovation of the pickleball courts at Centennial Park in Paso Robles and will be holding a dedication ceremony on Saturday, Aug. 2, to celebrate. Without using any public funds, the local Paso Robles Pickleball Club drove a fund raising project to renovate the courts with about $20,000 in improvements.
The public is invited to attend the dedication ceremony of the courts as a thank-you to the sponsors and all who made this venue become a reality. The schedule for the day’s events are as follows:
- 8-11 a.m.: Open play to come and experience playing pickleball on our new courts.
- 12:30-1 p.m.: A ribbon cutting ceremony with words from Jack Hodges, the local pickleball ambassador.
- 1-3 p.m.: Barbecue and potluck with food and drinks provided for guests.
