Sheriff auctioning off seized jewelry 

Rings, watches and gem stones to be sold at auction

jewelry auctionThe San Luis Obispo Sheriffs department will be conducting a public sale of seized jewelry Wednesday morning at 9 a.m.

The items of jewelry being auctioned off consist of over 407 rings, 16-36 watches and three boxes of assorted stones. There is no minimum bid on these items. The jewelry was seized from a jewelry store in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Time: Doors open at 8:30 a.m., sale starts at 9 a.m.

PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS SHOULD REFER TO SECTIONS 701.510 TO 701.680, INCLUSIVE, OF THE CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE FOR PROVISIONS GOVERNING THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND EFFECT OF THE SALE AND THE LIABILITY OF DEFAULTING BIDDERS.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I will proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in lawful money of the United States, all the right, title and interest of said judgment debtor(s) in the above described property, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy said execution, with accrued interest and costs on:
