Small earthquake rattles North County

A small 3.0-magnitude earthquake rattled northern San Luis Obispo County early Monday morning.
The temblor hit at 1:48 a.m., according to the United States Geological Survey.
Its epicenter was about 8 miles east-north-east of San Simeon, USGS reports. Residents reported shaking could be felt from Bradley to Paso Robles.
