Still time to register for Cuesta’s annual day of welcome 

Cuesta College will host its fourth annual Connect@Cuesta, a free, day-of-welcome orientation for first-time students. The event will be held on the San Luis Obispo campus on Thursday, Aug. 14, from 1–6 p.m. Space is limited; students must reserve a space online prior to the event. Students can register by 7 a.m. on August 13 by visiting http://cuesta.edu/events/connectatcuesta/index.html.

Event organizers say the event is a fun and interactive way to learn about student resources, campus life and classroom locations just four days before the start of the fall 2014 semester.
