Tara Tedeschi, Scott Elmerick join Caliber Home Loans
Tara Tedeschi and Scott Elmerick have recently joined the team at Caliber Home Loans.
–Marc Coons, Senior Loan Consultant at Caliber Home Loans announced this week that two new loan officers, Tara Tedeschi and Scott Elmerick, have joined the Paso Robles team.
Tara Tedeschi is a San Luis Obispo County native, living in Paso Robles for over 15 years. Tedeschi has held a variety of positions in the financial industry before pursuing a lifelong dream of being in real estate. “I recently accepted an offer with Caliber Home Loans, which is a top-rated mortgage company,” said Tedeschi. “We offer local decision making, fast turn-times, and nearly every mortgage product available on the market to help you achieve your homeownership goals.”
Scott Elmerick joins the San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles team for Caliber Home Loans as Senior Loan Consultant. Elmerick grew up on the Central Coast has been in San Luis Obispo County since 1999 and brings 16 years of experience as well as being a regular Presidents Club member for his sales. He has specialized in jumbo, conventional and portfolio lending. Elmerick is married and has a 5-year-old son and a 2-year-old daughter. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends, camping, golfing and exploring the Central Coast.
