Taste of Downtown offers a Saturday of fine cuisine, music & art
On Saturday, Sept. 20, the 17th Annual Taste of Downtown promises a superb culinary and artistic experience in historic downtown Paso Robles. With the purchase of the $25 Taste of Downtown ticket pass, participants will sample the creations of 35 local restaurants, a brewery, wineries, ice cream and coffee houses.
Downtown Paso Robles also will host the 13th Annual Arte de Tiza on Saturday, Sept. 20. The Paso Robles Art Association chalk-art celebration will offer a visual feast of chalk murals created by area artists on the sidewalk of Pine Street between 11th and 12th streets. Artwork will be in progress beginning at 8 a.m. the morning of the Taste.
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., pass holders will stroll from eatery to eatery, sampling the cuisine of 35 fine dining establishments, wineries, and brewery, some so new that even locals may not have discovered them yet. Participating eateries and wine tasting for wineries located outside the downtown core will offer their creations in the park.
The Taste of Downtown passes available for $25. Funds will benefit the Paso Robles Main Street Association free holiday promotions events.
