Templeton Chamber elects board of directors
Election results for the Templeton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors were recently announced by Sarah Maggelet, executive director for the chamber. The Templeton Chamber Board of Directors are the governing body of this non-profit organization, setting policy and procedure, supervising the chamber staff and setting the budget for the fiscal year.
The ballot featured nine very qualified and enthusiastic volunteers for six seats on the 11-member board, Maggelet said. The 2014-2015 Templeton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors are as follows:
New board members include:
- Jeff Briltz, General Manager of the Templeton Community Services District
- Stephanie Kemp, Financial Adviser with Garcia Wealth Management in Templeton
- Melissa Kasarjian, Certified Public Accountant and owner of Kasarjian & Company CPA’s in Templeton
- Dee Canepa, Store Manager and Vice President at Umpqua Bank in Templeton
- Michael McMahon, Attorney and Managing Partner at Carmel & Naccasha Attorneys at Law in Paso Robles
- Tina Martin, owner of Martins on Main Restaurant in Templeton
Current and continuing members of the Board of Directors include:
- Scott Brennan, owner and publishing of Access Publishing in Paso Robles
- Kristen Handley, Manager at Continental Labor and Staffing in Paso Robles
- Olan Kaigel, Realtor with Century 21 Hometown Realty in Atascadero
- Mike Lane, Chief Operating Officer of Twin Cities Hospital in Templeton
- Shirley Sigmund, Speech Pathologist at ASH and TUSD Trustee
The board will be officially installed at an installation dinner and gala on July 12. The first meeting of the new board is Wednesday July 9 at 7 a.m. at Twin Cities Hospital.
