Templeton High School Basketball

Player: Eagle Grant VandeHoef
Sport: Varsity Boys Basketball
Coach’s comment: Senior Grant VandeHoef, #24, THS Boys’ Basketball Team, scored 10 points in the 4th quarter, to erase a 7 point deficit, that led to a 3-point win in the first round of the playoffs vs. South Bakersfield. He hit 2 three-pointers and 2 two-point shots. Grant was a key reason we came from behind in that game. It was looking grim and we were hoping for someone to get hot, and that is what Grant did.  – Coach Andrew Cherry

All coaches at Templeton High School are invited to participate in Athletes of the Week to recognize students who are a standout at a recent competition, showing improvement at practices, or bringing a great attitude to the team. See more Templeton Athletes of the Week here.
