Coach’s comment: Ashley is a solid leader and mentor on the girls throwing team, making steady improvements in Shot put and Discus all season. She didn’t have to compete last weekend at prelims but was there at shot put, offering guidance and encouraging her teammates. – Coach Rosalie Smith
