Thousands fill downtown for Christmas parade
The Paso Robles Main Street Association hosted the 53rd annual Holiday Light Parade Saturday night to a crowd of thousands who lined the downtown streets of the parade route. The parade started at 7 p.m. and lasted for more than an hour. This year’s theme was “Celebrating 125 Years Downtown.” There were a total of 65 entries.
Winners of the parade awards include the following:
- Sweepstakes: NCI Affiliates, Inc.
- Judges’ Award: Pioneer Day Committee
- Special Award: Bearcat Football Team
- Santa’s Award: Artistry in Motion
- Business/Commercial: North County Septic
- Band: PRHS Bearcat Marching Band
