Unique ‘Glo-ga’ course offered Oct. 11

–A unique twist on the traditional yoga experience called Glow-Ga (glow in the dark yoga) will be offered on Friday, October 11 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Centennial Park. Participants are invited to “get their glow on” during this 60-minute adult vinyasa-style yoga class taught by Yaya Yoga ca instructor Vanessa Orr.

Glow-Ga participants will explore mindfulness and yoga practices to fun upbeat music in a room illuminated with black lights. Glow sticks and glow body paint will be provided, and participants are encouraged to wear bright neon colors. A glow in the dark photo area will also be available for participants to enjoy before or after the class. Students should plan to arrive at least five minutes before class to get “glowga-fied.” Children ages 3.5 and older are invited to participate with an adult.

Advance registration is highly encouraged. For additional class information or to register visit prcity.com/recreation or call Recreation Services at (805) 237-3988.
