William Powell arrested for assault with deadly weapon
On Dec. 30 at 12:31 p.m., deputies from the Sheriff’s Templeton Patrol Station responded to 29 El Pomar Drive on a report of shots fired, possible assault with a deadly weapon. Deputies set up a perimeter whereupon the suspect was contacted by phone and subsequently convinced to surrender. The suspect, William Powell, 44, was arrested on a weapons violation and the Assault with a Deadly Weapon violation is pending further investigation. Prepared by Watch Commander, Sergeant Himmelrich
