27 homes planned next to Kennedy Club Fitness

New homes proposed off S. River Road

Innovative Housing Solutions, Inc of Arroyo Grande is planning to build 27 new residential units off S. River Road south of Kennedy Club Fitness near Serenade Drive. The project is currently in “plan check” with the City of Paso Robles Building Department, which means the developers have submitted building permit applications and they are under review. The architect on the project is the RRM Design Group of San Luis Obispo.
