5th Annual Pony Palooza planned by Paso Robles Youth Baseball
Paso Robles Youth Baseball is raising funds for the upcoming youth baseball season with its 5th annual Pony Palooza.
The event will be on March 23, 2013, 6pm to 11pm at the Paso Robles Event Center. Tickets are $50 per person.
The event features food from local restaurants, a casino night, silent auction, raffle prizes, music and dancing.
“Last year this event was attended by over 300 of our local parents and community members,” said Tom Seidel with the Pony Palooza Fundraising Committee.
“The funds raised went directly toward supporting our players. Our goal for this event is to raise the monies needed to help offset operating expenses such as field maintenance, the purchase of new safety equipment, and scholarships for the players unable to afford the registration fee.”
The committee is organizing a silent auction and seeking donations of services or goods from local businesses to be auctioned off. To donate, call Seidel at (805) 709-7314.
Paso Robles Youth Baseball is a non-profit community organization affiliated with PONY Baseball Inc., whose primary purpose is to provide organized baseball for girls and boys between the ages of 4-12.
