Castoro Cellars has been issued a Cease and Desist Demand by the Woodstock Music and Art Fair, claiming trademark infringement against their annual Beaverstock Music and Arts Festival.

The two-day music and arts festival, featuring back-to-back band performances on two stages, a gallery of local artists, all-ages yoga, kid crafts and games, Castoro wines, craft beers, ciders and food trucks, will continue to run strong. In addition, they will continue to give a portion of event proceeds to a local charitable organization; total donated over the first four years exceeds $50,000.

An official new name for the festival will be announced later this month. In the interim, the 2017 event will be referred to as “the event formerly known as Beaverstock.”
