About Bianchi Winery and Tasting Room
The family-owned Bianchi Winery and Tasting Room was founded by father and son Joseph and Glenn Bianchi. After first investing in a vineyard in 1974 on the banks of the San Joaquin River in the central valley, the Bianchis officially called Paso Robles home in 2000. Now run by Beau Bianchi, the grandson and son of Joseph and Glenn, along with Winemaker Tom Lane, the 40-acre state-of-the-art winery utilizes advanced farming and production technologies, which has pioneered the vineyard to producing award-winning wine varietals. The acclaimed portfolio includes Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Petite Syrah, Syrah, Zinfandel and honoring Bianchis’ Italian heritage, Refosco and Barbera wines. Located at 3380 Branch Road in Paso Robles, guests are welcome daily for visits and tastings from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
