Flu shots offered by Twin Cities Community Hospital 

Flu Shots will be given on Saturday, Nov. 16, 9 a.m. to noon

Flu shot paso roblesTwin Cities Community Hospital invites community members, ages 18 and up, to get a jump on the flu season by getting a complimentary flu vaccination. The vaccinations will be administered by hospital nurses with the assistance of Cuesta College nursing students on Saturday, Nov. 16, 9 a.m. to noon at Twin Cities Community Hospital’s Founders’ Pavilion in the Morgan Conference Room, on the first floor, located at 1220 Las Tablas Road in Templeton.

According to the National Institute on Aging, “The flu shot can reduce hospitalization by about 70 percent and death by about 85 percent among older adults who do not live in nursing homes.”
