Kids get hair-raising experience at city library 

Rylanne Wood, age 7, of Paso Robles had a hair raising experience at the Paso Robles Library on Tuesday, June 17 during a Fun With Physics program led by Paso Robles High School teacher Mark Fairbank. Children learned how a Van De Graaff generator works and participated in a few electrically charged experiments.
