Paso Robles firefighters respond to explosion inside of a motorhome
–On Saturday at 5:45 p.m., Paso Robles Emergency Services responded to the 200 block of Santa Ysabel Avenue in Paso Robles where multiple residents in the area had reported an explosion inside of a motorhome.
When emergency crews arrived on scene they discovered that an explosion had occurred inside of a motorhome, blowing out the driver’s side of the RV.
A male occupant of the motorhome was taken to a local hospital for injuries. It is unknown at this time the extent of his injuries, and the cause of the explosion is under investigation.
Unconfirmed reports of witnesses nearby say the victim was trying to make a makeshift propane torch.
