Planning commission votes to approve mini-storage project

An rendering of the mini-storage facility.
At the Tuesday night Paso Robles Planning Commission meeting, the commission voted 6-0 to approve a new mini storage project. The application was filed by Larry Gabriel Architecture, on behalf of William Tucker, proposing to construct a mini-storage facility, and establishment of a 21-foot tall highway oriented sign, located at 2161 Theatre Dr., behind Idler’s appliance store.

The layout of the project.
This project proposes to construct a one-story 66,000 square foot mini-storage facility and business office. A caretaker residence is not proposed with this project.
Tucker, along with Idler’s also proposed a design for a new highway oriented sign, that would be 21 feet tall, with the request that the Theatre Drive Mini-Storage project be included as a major tenant on the sign.

The proposed signage.
The article says that this is on Theater Drive. YET the architects drawing says that it is on RAMADA Drive. That's on the other side of the Highway. How in the world did such an error get all the way through the Planning Commission? Does that imply that they did such a lousy job of checking the plans that they missed such an obvious error? Or are my eyes playing tricks on me? Do the plans actually say THEATER DRIVE?
looks like you are right sir good eye good eye!
