Suspect captured: David Thomas Coull 

David Thomas Coull

–David Thomas Coull, a man who was previously featured on the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office “Most Wanted” list, was captured this week by the San Luis Obispo Police Department.

Coull was wanted for violating probation for possession of a firearm by a felon.
