    Rhone Rangers start varietal night series 

    Petite Sirah is focus of January 21 tasting

    Rhone RangersMark your calendar for the latest installment of the Paso Robles Rhone Rangers Varietal Night Series, taking place on Tuesday, Jan. 21 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

    This fun and educational tasting will include amazing Petite Sirah wines from 17 Paso Robles wineries, live music, incredible cheese pairings, small bites and an educational area where visitors can extend their knowledge about this great varietal.

    The host for the January Varietal Night is Niner Wine Estates, located at 2400 Highway 46 West in Paso Robles. Call (805) 239-2233 for directions or more information. Tickets are $15 per person and are available at petitesirahnight.bpt.me.

    A series of tastings are planned throughout the year, with each focusing on a different American Rhone wine – more details forthcoming in March.

    This sure would go over great on a Friday or Saturday ! Hope the Rangers can start something like this on the weekends so more people can attend, learn and enjoy !
