    City no longer issuing permits for new short-term rentals 

    Short-Term Rental tracking dashboard now available on city website

    –The City of Paso Robles is no longer issuing permits for new (non-hosted) short-term rentals. Anyone wishing to obtain a permit will now be added to the waiting list. Permits are not transferrable to new property owners except within the T-zones of the Uptown/Town Centre Specific Plan, which covers most of the west side of Paso Robles between Pine Street and Vine Street.
