Church raises the roof with singer/songwriter night

Singing-TeresaVictory Outreach Church in Paso Robles is hosting its second singer/songwriter night on Saturday, Feb. 8. Song writer night was created to establish a local venue for the area’s many Christian artists. The fun-filled evening is planned to give families an opportunity to enjoy free entertainment from some of their fellow San Luis Obispo County residents.

The event will be held at the church located at 3850 Ramada Dr., Ste B at 7 p.m.

“The last one was such a great success we decided to do it again,” said Chris Kangris, event coordinator. Featured local artists include Andrew Fragoso, Anthony Williams, Teresa Wilson, Chris Kangris, Jim’s Song and Gerald Purify. “Everyone, including the artists, had so much fun,” Kangris said. “The power of praise and worship shook the building last time.”

Each artist will have a 20-minute set to showcase their original material to the crowd. Also, the artist’s will have merchandise available for purchase to help support the artists’ ministries. The event is free to the public. There will be food and drinks available.
