Pacifica Winery Division acquires new listings of vineyards for sale
Pacifica Commercial Realty and its Pacifica Winery Division announced new listings of vineyards for sale. The vineyard listings are in the Paso Robles wine country region.

Encompassing more than 32,000 vineyard acres and with 200 wineries and counting, Paso Robles is currently California’s third largest wine region. Paso Robles was awarded the Wine Enthusiast Magazine 2013 Wine Star Award for Wine Region of the Year and declared “the region to watch.”

- San Miguel: 168 acres, 110 acre vineyard, estate home
- Shandon: 640 acres, 53 acre vineyard, pomegranates, blackberries, farm improvements
