Vegetation fire contained near Pozo 

– Firefighters responded to a wildland fire near the 2600 block of Pozo Road and River Road in Santa Margarita Friday. The fire involved a 20-by-20-foot area of roadside vegetation. The fire was contained at .12 acres, according to a Cal Fire social media post.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
