Downtown Paso Robles welcomes new sparkling wine bar
Grand opening celebration to be held this Saturday
– PasoSecco will host the grand opening of its downtown tasting room on Saturday, June 22, at 1244 Pine Street, Unit 101B in Paso Robles.
PasoSecco, the first and only Paso Robles winery producing Prosecco-style bubbles with Paso Robles grapes, invites sparkling wine enthusiasts to celebrate from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Guests can sample PasoSecco’s sparkling wine, made from 100% Paso Robles grenache blanc and fermented using the charmat method. On Saturday, glasses of PasoSecco will be available for $10, and bottles for $25.
“We are so excited to share the Best Bubbles in Paso with all the sparkling wine lovers in San Luis Obispo County,” said Chris Kern, founder and vintner of PasoSecco. “We invite everyone who loves bubbles as much as we do to come down and join us in this momentous celebration!”
The tasting room is located on the southeast corner of 13th and Pine streets. Regular business hours are Fridays from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mimosas are available every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
