Crews contain fire in San Miguel 

– A wildland fire broke out at the intersection of Estrella Road and Jardine Road in San Miguel on Friday. Cal Fire SLO reported that the fire initially covered 1/8 of an acre and power lines were down at the scene. Motorists were advised to drive with caution.

Approximately one hour later, Cal Fire SLO provided an update stating that the fire had grown to 1/4 of an acre. In a final update, Cal Fire announced that the fire had been contained.
