Firefighters contain 5-acre fire east of Paso Robles
Fire contained at 5.4 acres
– CalFire firefighters responded to a 5.4-acre fire near the 6,000 block of Stoney Place in rural Paso Robles Wednesday, with structures threatened.
A few hours after crews arrived, Cal Fire provided an update stating that the structure threat had been mitigated.
In a follow-up update, Cal Fire reported that firefighters will remain at the scene for the next few hours to work on containment and mop-up efforts:
