Firefighters contain 11-acre wildfire in San Miguel
– Firefighters have contained an 11-acre wildfire near the 2000 block of Bald Eagle Way, according to Cal Fire San Luis Obispo. The fire, initially reported as 5 acres, threatened one structure and burned in grass surrounded by roads.
Cal Fire San Luis Obispo first reported the incident on social media. The agency provided an update 16 hours later, noting that the fire had been contained at 11 acres. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
