Wildfire contained near Templeton
– A wildfire near the 2400 block of Symphony Oaks Drive in rural Templeton has been contained, according to Cal Fire San Luis Obispo. The fire, known as the Symphony Incident, burned approximately 4 to 5 acres before firefighters stopped its forward progress.
The fire was first reported by Cal Fire around 2:15 Friday. Initial reports indicated that the fire had spread over 2 acres. As of approximately 2:45, Cal Fire confirmed that the fire was fully contained.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
