Learn ‘papel picado’ at Paso Robles library craft event 

– The Paso Robles City Library will host an in-person crafting class for adults on Oct. 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Participants will learn how to create Papel Picado paper flag garlands and Cempasúchil paper flowers in honor of Día de los Muertos.

Supplies and instruction will be provided for this live class, which is open to individuals aged 16 and older. Space is limited, and registration is required.
