– Sensorio and Libretto Jazz Club are launching their collaboration with “Radiant Rhythms,” a jazz series beginning Sunday, Oct. 27. This event marks the start of Sunday Jazz at Sensorio.
The series will feature performances by top jazz artists at Sensorio, an art and light installation venue in Paso Robles. The inaugural event will showcase jazz vocalist Melissa Morgan, known for her performances at New York City clubs such as Smoke, Smalls, and Cleopatra’s Needle. Morgan’s performance will take place among the light displays of Sensorio.
Libretto, located in downtown Paso Robles, is known for its intimate jazz performances. Owner Corey Jordan, a musician himself, emphasizes the importance of creating a world-class musical experience in a cozy setting. “Curating a world-class musical experience you would normally find only in concert halls with thousands of people, our intimate setting places you among friends in the middle of wine country,” Jordan said.
Sensorio, which opened with The Field of Light by Bruce Munro in 2019, is now presenting Dimensions by HYBYCOZO. “Sunday Jazz at Sensorio is the perfect way to spend a Sunday evening experiencing world-class music among Sensorio’s unforgettable displays,” said Ryan Hopple, executive director of Sensorio.
The Sunday Jazz at Sensorio series will run every Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the Market Stage and Lawn at Sensorio. Admission is included with standard Sensorio tickets or can be purchased separately for $12 per person. Food and beverages, including local wines, will be available for purchase. Tickets can be purchased here.
