– The Floral Parlor, a downtown Paso Robles floral and gift boutique, is launching a monthly workshop series called “Sundays with Sunny.” The workshops, led by shop owner Sunny Sheldrake, will focus on floral design in a hands-on, creative environment.
The first workshop is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 6, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at The Floral Parlor, located at 1321 Spring St., Paso Robles. Attendees will learn to craft a fall centerpiece using preserved florals, with Halloween in mind. The workshop includes all materials, brunch-inspired snacks, and bubbles for $89 per person.
Sheldrake, an experienced florist, will guide participants through the design process, sharing tips and techniques. “We’re thrilled to bring the community together through our ‘Sundays with Sunny’ series,” Sheldrake said. “It’s a wonderful opportunity for people to express their creativity, learn something new, and enjoy a relaxing Sunday morning in a fun setting.”
The Floral Parlor will host a new workshop each month, with upcoming sessions featuring a Thanksgiving turkey centerpiece and a holiday design in December.
Seats are limited, and advance registration is required. To reserve a spot, visit thefloralparlor.com.
