Exhibit will run until the end of November
– Artwork by Page Graeber and Paula DeLay is now on display at Odyssey World Café. The exhibit features a varied collection of five pieces by Graeber, a long-time resident of Paso Robles. She has had a long and varied career in art after graduating from the renowned Chouinard Art Institute. Her professions have included art directing for television, working in newspaper advertising, owning an advertising agency, and teaching. Graeber currently teaches art classes on Mondays at the Paso Robles Senior Center on Scott Street.
DeLay primarily paints “en plein air” (outdoors) and creates contemporary Impressionistic “scapes,” including landscapes, seascapes, and cityscapes. She has exhibited and won awards for her oil paintings throughout California. A graduate of Boston University with a master’s degree in education, DeLay said, “After growing up in the inner city, I now truly relish each day in which I can paint along the gorgeous Central Coast.”
This exhibit will run until the end of November, and all artwork is available for purchase. Both artists are members of the Paso Robles Art Association, which has a gallery inside Studios on the Park Gallery.
“We have a wide range of talents in our organization, from beginner to professional level, and we offer free membership to full-time students enrolled in high school or college,” said Christy Wilkins, Membership Director for PRAA. Benefits of membership with PRAA include a weekly Painters Guild with critique, a newly reforming Photo Guild, and a Pastels Guild. For more information, visit PasoRoblesArtAssociation.org.
