Learn beginning crochet at the Paso Robles Library

Students will learn how to make a slip knot, chain, and single crochet, along with how to control the hook and yarn
– A “Beginning Crochet” class, hosted by Maggie’s Stitchin’ Time, will be held on Oct. 8 and 9 at Centennial Park’s White Oak Room. The class costs $50.
Open to participants aged 16 and older, the class will focus on teaching basic crochet techniques. Students will learn how to make a slip knot, chain, and single crochet, along with how to control the hook and yarn. Participants will also be instructed on how to count and recognize stitches.
No prior experience is necessary, and an $8 supply fee, payable to the instructor, covers the cost of a crochet hook and yarn for practice.
