Family-owned music store relocates to Alliance Square in Paso Robles
Store offers a full range of musical instruments and accessories, as well as repairs for stringed instruments and drums
– Matt’s Music, Stage & School has relocated back to Paso Robles after moving to Templeton in 2010. The business reopened on last month at 935 Riverside Ave., Unit 1, in Alliance Square.
Matt’s Music originally opened in March 2003 as Divine Appointment Guitars on Ramada Drive in Paso Robles. After outgrowing that location, the store moved to 12th Street in downtown Paso Robles, where it was renamed Matt’s Music, Stage and School.
The store offers a full range of musical instruments and accessories, as well as repairs for stringed instruments and drums. The shop supports lesson programs with qualified independent instructors, ensuring customers receive professional support and service. Matt Franscioni, the owner, is present at the store six days a week, providing a personal touch to his business.
Franscioni’s family business history dates back to the 1930s, starting with Franscioni Butane. Franscioni, who played drums for the local band BlackBerry Ridge from 1977 to 1985, also worked as a foreman at CTS Electronics, where he developed the plastics department from 1976 to 1985.
Matt’s Music is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Concierge Service is available by appointment. For more information, visit www.mattsmusicandmore.com or call (805) 712-0547.
